Data Retention & Deletion
We keep AI-generated career results on our servers for 7 to 60 days, depending on the type of result, so that repeat searches don't use up your requests. The anonymous ID assigned to your device is kept while the app remains installed and in use, along with a count of requests made. Server logs are kept briefly for security and troubleshooting, then deleted.
You can delete saved results and exported files at any time from inside the app, and uninstalling the app removes everything stored on your device. To have the record tied to your anonymous ID deleted from our servers, email to:dmac@rellien.com and we will remove it within 30 days.
Childrens Privacy
20/20 Career Planning is intended for a general audience exploring career options and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, email it to:dmac@rellien.com, and we will delete it.
